Raised by immigrant parents, Lim-Spiggos learned the value of client relationships and a strong work ethic at an early age. She started working for her family’s building and remodeling business, which naturally transitioned into a real estate career. Now with over 16 years of real estate experience, coupled with a keen eye for construction and interior design, she remains passionate about her work.

Mangione, who graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Master of Business Administration, worked as a sales manager at his family’s plumbing supply business before becoming a Realtor. Bringing his love of sales with him to the real estate arena, Mangione is exceptional at analyzing every aspect of a business transaction while at the same time understanding what clients want and need.
