For Luis Segura, it was a real estate agent friend and regular customer at his first banking job who pushed him to make the jump into real estate in 1992. Christopher Kopec is a vice president and mortgage production manager of Regions Mortgage, and his breadth of experience in the industry enables him to handle more complicated transactions, including jumbo loans and construction loans. Kopec serves both first-time buyers and repeat clients and enjoys working with all clients to determine their home-financing budgets and goals. “I listen first, ask questions, and then offer solutions based upon the short- and long-term priorities of my clients,” he says.
Donald Meadows has spent 24 years in the industry, and as a vice president and mortgage production manager, he works with clients in all financial situations, particularly first-time buyers and those seeking down payment assistance. He focuses on transparency with his clients by sending weekly updates regarding loan progress. Throughout his career, Meadows has helped hundreds of people fulfill their dreams of owning their own homes. “I have worked as a real estate agent in the Chicago market, and this positive experience gives me a great appreciation for not only our customers but also real estate agents,” he says. “I’m also an active member of the Southwest Suburban Home Builders Association.”
