Christopher McAllister, Managing Broker

Baird & Warner, Palatine

Life is about finding your purpose and passion. Fortunately for Christopher McAllister, 17 years ago he was introduced to Anthony DeVito, a Realtor from the Little Italy area. Little did McAllister know, DeVito would lead him to find his purpose and passion in real estate. Upon meeting, DeVito could tell McAllister was intelligent, honest and a personable young man who would be an asset to the real estate profession.

McAllister started at Baird & Warner in September 2017, after some time with another company. His managing broker, Lisa Kon, helped him transition all of his branding. With the help of Kon and the Edgebrook office’s support staff, he successfully made the transition and turned 2018 into an award-winning year, doing over $10 million in sales as an individual agent. That same year, he welcomed a new addition to his family: a beautiful baby girl named Nora.

Today, McAllister is excited about starting a new role with Baird & Warner as the managing broker of the Palatine office. McAllister brings with him a great love for training and helping other agents succeed. With many years of experience — starting in a slow market, rising through the bubble and continuing on despite the recession — he has a strong background and career in this business. He works by the motto “under-promise and over-deliver.” He always takes the time to make himself available to other agents and clients to talk and listen to their needs. Obsessed with technology, McAllister is always ahead of the pack with new marketing and advertising programs.

Throughout his career, McAllister has received many awards. His most recent include membership at Baird & Warner’s Founder’s Club and Top Producer awards from the Chicago Association of Realtors. As a Baird & Warner broker, he donates to The Good Will Network, Feed My Starving Children, St. Jude Children’s Hospital and local food pantries. As a devoted and proud father of three amazing children who mean the world to him, he also enjoys coaching his son’s baseball teams and playing baseball himself.
