Charese David has played a part in the life-changing transactions of her clients for the past 14 years. “I am honored to work with my clients. Without them I would be nowhere,” she says.
With a diverse range of buyers and sellers, each with their own priorities and goals, David has navigated all types of real estate situations and is equipped to handle every obstacle that comes her way. “Listening is one of the most valuable skills that can make the difference in any transaction,” she says.
David has been recognized as a powerful negotiator through 32 years in sales. Before joining the real estate industry, she spent 16 years as regional sales director of a media company. Her desire to develop personal relationships through her career and challenge herself in new ways drove her to transition into the next stage of her career.
For the past 10 years, David has received the Top Producer award for high real estate sales volume from the Chicago Association of Realtors. She has also been highlighted as a Real Producer by Real Producer Magazine and has previously appeared in Chicago Agent magazine’s Who’s Who. David knows the city’s neighborhoods and overall market intimately. She guides her clients from the beginning to the end of every transaction and continues to nurture relationships with clients long after closing.
David is a member of the Dearborn networking group and is on the board of Roscoe Village Neighbors. She also donates a portion of every transaction to the PAWS adoption program.
Outside work, she participates in a local choral group and indulges her love of photography through working with real estate photographers to help them best capture properties. Finally, as a design aficionado, David frequently helps her clients stage and design their new homes.
