For the past 18 years, Raffaelli has created a reputation for himself as a consummate real estate professional, and as a broker associate with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, he empowers sellers, buyers, and investors in Chicagoland to make the right decisions for them.
Within the past year, Raffaelli has increased his sales by more than 30 percent through streamlining his process and implementing new systems that enable him to provide high-quality service and a stress-free transaction for his clients. Raffaelli has a 100 percent referral-based business and is frequently entrusted with other brokers’ challenging properties in order to complete the sale. “I am a firm believer in going back to the basics and knocking on doors,” he says of his marketing strategy, adding that every property is different and deserves its own plan of action.
Raffaelli is dedicated to honing his craft, attending real estate seminars and conferences to stay up to speed with the latest market trends so his clients are always receiving the best service. Along with being a Certified Negotiation Expert, he is a member of the Fenwick Alumni Association as well as the creator of a non-profit organization devoted to providing victims of natural disasters with the resources they need. After Hurricane Harvey, Raffaelli and his team facilitated the delivery of four 26-foot trucks containing food, water and clothing.
To balance out his work life, Raffaelli enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and children.
