“I decided to join this business because I personally did not have the best first-mortgage experience,” she says. “Now I apply the Golden Rule and treat others the way I would have wanted to be treated — especially since this process can be stressful and confusing. I take a more in-depth approach in getting to know my clients’ needs, wants and wishes before trying to offer solutions.” Popovici explains that her clients appreciate her industry knowledge formed over 15 years in the mortgage business, as well as her approachability and sincere care. She values her clients and gets to know them and their stories with the goal of building a lifelong relationship as their trusted advisor.

Popovici has received the National Achiever Award from Chase three times and other industry awards from prior employers while maintaining the highest scores in client satisfaction.

When she’s not working, Popovici enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family trying to make the most of everything this great city has to offer!
