Anthony Marinaccio’s ability to take a challenging transaction and secure a loan that will close has led him to become one of Chicago’s top mortgage lenders. As Senior Vice President of Consumer Direct Mortgage Lending for Key Mortgage Services, he ranks as a top 1 percent producer and No. 1 in condo closings for his firm. He’s also a President’s Club member and a Five Star Award winner. With 15 years of experience and a fierce dedication to his industry, Marinaccio makes the loan process smooth and simple for clients buying a home.
A Chicagoland native, Marinaccio has worked in real estate since his teens, a time when he first developed an appreciation for new properties and historical homes. He personally oversees each loan he originates to ensure a seamless process from start to finish.
Marinaccio works with all types of clients seeking mortgage financing, including new buyers, step-up buyers, builders, investors and multi-unit buyers. He supports clients throughout Illinois but mainly focuses on Chicago’s Gold Coast and Lincoln Park, as well as the suburb of Hinsdale. “Getting my buyer’s purchase to the closing table, and funding their mortgage with little or no delay, is my way of saying ‘I succeed in helping clients,’” he says. He relies on his guiding principles of personal accountability and responsibility to help him navigate challenging decisions.
When it comes to client service, Marinaccio believes in transparency and prompt, effective communication. This year, his biggest sales accomplishment was maintaining a high closing ratio. “Almost every loan file that goes into a purchase contract closes. I hold one of the highest closing ratios in the business,” he says.
In the past several years, Marinaccio has continued to embed his family’s roots in Hinsdale, growing his family with a new baby. He now has three beautiful children — all girls — and he loves it! In his free time, he enjoys golfing, working out and snowboarding, as well as volunteering with local charities such as the Patrick Grange Memorial Foundation for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS).
