According to www.ChicagoRealEstateDaily.com, Sudler has moved to close three city offices.

It all started last month when Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates, LLC, dropped its franchise agreement with Sudler for Jameson. Now, as a number of Sudler’s key agents have sought change as well, it is unclear how Sudler will fare without its’ international connection.

Closing its’ Gold Coast, Hancock and Lincoln Park offices, it is reported that Sudler will continue its operation from a small office in Bucktown.
