WCR Chicago presented the Diary of a Mad Prospector on Jan. 20, in Conrad Chicago’s Rosa Parks Room. They enjoyed lunch and heard from the professional speaker Terry Watson, who discussed his years of research in the real estate field and the prospecting secret’s of the top 1 percent.
