Owner/Lead Real Estate Broker
First Class Realty

Sean Ronkoske and his team of 30 agents always tell clients, “Experience an Upgraded Standard.” Their commitment to abide by his brokerage’s official slogan is why the group has grown so rapidly and boasts such a diverse roster of clients that includes first-time buyers, motivated sellers and profit-seeking investors. “To keep it short and simple, I love finding people a home where they’ll start the next chapter of their life.”

Ronkoske actually entered the industry as a property flipper, but later realized that launching a career as a broker would pave the way to helping others fulfill their real estate aspirations. He attributes his Purdue University business management degree for his ability to successfully oversee his office and team, with whom he has established First Class Realty as a leading firm. “My team and I work tirelessly to make our clients’ experience as enjoyable as possible,” he explains. He himself achieves this by creating personal connections. “I like to make friends with my clients because I’m helping them attain a home, and that’s an enormous step in life. It’s really important to me to become friends with them and to be part of something so significant.”

As the expert to whom they look for guidance and counsel, Ronkoske’s clients will find that he will help disabuse them of unrealistic expectations like the amount for which they can either sell or purchase a home. This, he believes, is thanks to his years of experience and commitment to their satisfaction, both of which yield outstanding results. “I go out of my way to ensure that the real estate process goes as smoothly and painlessly as possible!”

More than any professional accolade, Ronkoske appreciates the recognition and respect of his colleagues. “What I value most is being known as an industry leader,” he says. “It feels really great when my fellow brokers and former clients notice my hard work and appreciate my dedication.” But even more important than this peer respect is that of his children. “They’re always on my mind regardless of how hectic work can get, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
