Although Lubben and his team are highly experienced in working with jumbo loans for luxury homes, he really believes he sets himself apart by focusing on condo lending. “Any mortgage originator can secure financing on a single-family home; it takes an experienced and educated originator to do condo lending well,” he says. “My goal is to continue growing my production and pushing my team to a level that rivals the top mortgage originators in the country.
