As of March 17, Trump International Hotel & Tower, Chicago has closed more than 100 hotel condominiums within approximately one month. This means the building has already closed on 50 percent of its sold hotel condominiums.

According to Leah Harriet, sales manager for Trump International Hotel & Tower, Chicago, the response from the new owners has been positive.

The Spa at Trump as well as “rebar,” the cocktail lounge, is set to open in the next few weeks. The on-site restaurant, Sixteen, is already open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
