Branch Manager

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has promoted Doug Carpenter to branch manager of its Elmhurst office. In his new role, Carpenter will support, recruit and train new agents.

Carpenter has 22 years of experience as a branch manager with various real estate companies and is a former branch manager of Coldwell Banker’s Flossmoor office. He became the CEO of Three Rivers Association of Realtors in 2003 and is also the past-president of the Realtor Association of West/South Suburban Chicagoland.
