Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty’s (JSIR) Lake Forest office recently added three new agents: Kiki Clark and Polly Richardson, a two-person team, and Courtney Glattly. All come from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago (BHHS Chicago).
Combined, Clark and Richardson have over 35 years of experience in the luxury market. Prior to residential real estate, Clark was in commercial property management and tenant representation, while Polly spent years working in television advertising and commercial production.
Both agents are longtime North Shore residents — Clark in Lake Forest and Richardson in Lake Bluff — and focus their business in that area.
“We are excited about the opportunity to grow and strengthen our business with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty,” Clark and Richardson said in a shared statement. “With the industry-leading tools and unparalleled support they provide, we can stay focused on building, strengthening and nurturing relationships — past, present and future.”
Glattly, meanwhile, spent the last 12 years with BHHS Chicago, where she consistently ranked among their top producers on the North Shore. Before that, she spent time at CBRE as a corporate real estate consultant, managing expansion strategies for national brands like Barnes & Noble and Chase Bank, and at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia.
“I have been with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago since I started in the business. Working in an environment representative of the same standards I put at the forefront of my practice has allowed me to cultivate a business centered around integrity, loyalty and excellence,” Glattly said, reflecting on the move. “When the team at Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty approached me, I was intrigued by their model. I noticed that phrases I often use in my personal messaging were also featured prominently in their branding. This alignment resonated with my vision of delivering a comprehensive service offering, wrapped in a boutique experience.”
As JSIR aims to expand their presence in Lake Forest, CEO Chris Feurer expressed excitement over welcoming all three of these new agents to the firm’s local office there. “We are thrilled,” Feurer said.
