The IKGroup, led by Ivona Kutermankiewicz and Karen Ranquist, has affiliated with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty (JSIR). Previously, the team was with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Chicago.

“Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Chicago was an incredible place to grow our careers, and we are so grateful for the relationships and experiences we built there,” Kutermankiewicz said in a press release.

Together, Kutermankiewicz and Ranquist have over 60 years of real estate experience. In addition to them, the IKGroup includes Lucyna Wrucha-Jenk, Sylvia Jablonska and Malgorzata Zatloukal.
