Dylan McDowell earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, specializing in design and minoring in art history. That creative interest shines through in McDowell’s personal, polished sense of fashion.

After moving to Chicago at age 22, McDowell gravitated to real estate because it combined his passion for the city and its people. He first worked at Chicago Apartment Finders and went on to host a mentorship/intern program. When the company was acquired by Coldwell Banker, McDowell became one of the company’s top relocation experts, receiving the firm’s Sterling and Diamond accolades.
