Steve Koleno has affiliated with Dream Town Real Estate, the brokerage announced Friday.

Koleno is one of the top-selling agents in the nation, with more than 9,000 closed transactions and nearly $3 billion in sales over the last five years. Koleno’s real estate experience covers Illinois, Florida, Georgia, Texas and North Carolina.

One of those proprietary tools is Dream Town’s new buyer-broker agreement app, which automates compliance with new National Association of REALTORS® requirements. 

Koleno was previously with Exit Strategy Realty.
