Rue’s passion for his work is rooted in his personal experiences of buying and selling properties. Having served on several condominium boards, he understands the importance of a healthy operating association and sound finances. “I appreciate what it means to be on both sides of the table, and I’m always sensitive to my client’s specific needs and goals,” he says.
Having grown up in the western suburbs, Rue has firsthand insight into its many neighborhoods and school districts. His previous career on the North Shore helped familiarize him with those communities, and later he conducted one of the largest real estate transactions in that area. An 18-year resident of Edgewater-Andersonville, he has a deep knowledge of Chicago’s North Side neighborhoods, too, and loves calling the area home.
