Prior to embarking on a career in real estate, rising star of the real estate industry Tom Campone worked in corporate sales, banking and insurance. “I thought I could use what I learned to help people through a stressful period of their lives,” he shares. His trademark consultative approach means listening and understanding clients’ needs and setting them up for success.

Campone has lived in the South Loop since 2003 and has seen the construction of most of the buildings in the area. Living directly in the area he serves gives him an edge over other agents who might not know it as intimately as he does. He also says that his business focuses on technology to help give his clients a better experience: “A lot of that has to do with back-end automation and systems to make sure we don’t drop the ball with our clients.”

Named one of Keller Williams’ Top Producers in 2021, this 6-year veteran of the industry says his clients frequently comment on how well they were coached through the process of buying or selling. “Most mention that we always pick up the phone, and they felt like they were the only deal we were working on,” Campone says. “We like to make this process as fun as possible for our clients so we can take the stress off our client’s plate.”

Campone loves photography and says he makes it a point to take one photo trip a year. This fall he’ll be heading to Zion National Park in Utah to continue his tradition.
