The Chicago-based firm Landtrust Title Services has been honored by Fidelity National Title Group, the largest title insurance underwriter in the U.S. Landtrust Title Services received the company’s national Excellence in Action Award, which recognizes best business practices, claims history, among other attributes. And with that honor, Landtrust ranked in Fidelity’s top 100 title companies in the country.

Of winning this award, President of Landtrust Title Services Warren Habib said, “We’ve always known our market differentiator is our people – their ability to move a deal forward by providing a seamless process that consistently results in a smooth transaction is second to none – and now the rest of the title insurance industry knows it, too.” He went on to acknowledge how efficiently Landtrust adapted to the difficult conditions of the past year: The company grew 30% in 2020. “The way our teams have handled the increased volume of closings and pivoted in the midst of a pandemic has been nothing short of amazing,” Habib said.
