Robert Ramirez, Senior Mortgage Adviser

Neighborhood Loans

Whether he’s helping a client close on a home or refinance in order to be in a better financial position, Robert Ramirez says there is no better feeling than telling clients they are clear to close on their loan.

Ramirez, a senior mortgage adviser with Neighborhood Loans, brings something extra to lending: 20 years of experience in the financial industry. He started his professional career in consumer banking before moving to consumer and commercial lending and then closing that stage of his life as a small business banker within a large financial institution.

“While the opportunity gave me valuable experience, I realized residential lending was a better fit,” he says. “I truly love the opportunity to assist clients with their homeownership goals.” Still, his background offers clients the ultimate package: He can confidently educate them step-by-step about the process and provide the best possible service. Fond of problem solving, he enjoys working with numbers to make mortgages suitable for clients and get the loans approved.

He understands the importance of becoming a homeowner and will do anything in his power to make the dream of homeownership a reality for clients. Ramirez knows everyone has different needs. Therefore, he adapts to their situation and makes sure their loans are processed in a timely manner. “I am very easy to communicate with and am available throughout the day to assist,” he says. “If I can’t answer a client’s call right away, I always get back to them as soon as possible.”

Honest, patient, responsive and transparent, he outlines the process for clients at the start, informs them of the paperwork required and makes the loan process seem easy. Not surprisingly, all of his clients come from referral partners, past clients, family and friends.

Ramirez has been married for almost 15 years and is the father of 2 beautiful girls and a puppy.
