A mortgage planner with Wintrust Mortgage, Tiffany Andreae is a consummate professional. Not only does she have 29 years of experience in the mortgage business, but she grew up in the industry. “My family was involved in real estate as far back as I can remember,” Andreae explains. “My grandmother emigrated from Poland and saw the opportunities real estate presented.”
Those lessons have shown her the positive impact good professionals can have on their clients. Her strengths lie in helping people finance homes that make the most sense for their family circumstances and future. “I can confidently guide any client through the home financing process,” she declares. “There is no substitute for knowledge, experience and diligence.”
Andreae employs a consultative approach to lending. She identifies the individual needs of her clients while making sure they feel comfortable and supported from start to finish. Whether a client is self-employed, financing a construction project or buying a home for the first time, Andreae finds the right solution. “My clients know that no matter how complicated a situation is, I provide guidance to the best options to meet their goals,” she promises.
Expertise combined with exceptional personal skills has resulted in not only sky-high levels of customer satisfaction, but also professional acknowledgement within the industry. Andreae has amassed several awards (most multiple times), regularly ranking in Wintrust’s President’s Circle and Honors Circle. Recently, she was included in the Scotsman Guide’s lists of top originators and top women originators in 2021.
It all comes back to the importance of family and community, she believes. From her son’s hockey teams to serving at the Samaritan Counseling Board to her trustee position in the township, Andreae is connected to her community and dedicated to giving back. She considers having a client base made up almost entirely of referrals to be her greatest career achievement, remarking, “There is no greater compliment than the trust of a friend utilizing my services or a client referring their child or neighbor.”
