Time Equities, JK Equities and OAK Capitals hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for the much-anticipated Helmut Jahn-designed condo building in the South Loop. The luxury building, which was crowned a crowd favorite in Chicago Agent magazine’s Agents’ Choice Awards, will be the city’s largest condo project, in terms of the total number of residences, in more than a decade.
