While heavily investing in real estate, Magdalena “Mags” Lybolt noticed how unhappy Realtors were in their careers working for brokers. “There was a lot of dissatisfaction, unanswered questions, mistrust, false promises by broker/owners and overall unrest,” she says. “I thought that if I’m experiencing these problems, then other Realtors are as well. Our company was born to answer these problems and provide refuge for Realtors.”
Lybolt’s company, Lifstyl Real Estate/Prime Real Estate, serves Realtors who want more from their careers and their lives, and who want to take the bull by the horns and control their destiny. The company provides continuing education and training programs and motivational talks that keep Realtors’ morale high.
“I care about agents as people and want to see them succeed and love their career as a Realtor,” she says. “I know that my company provides that environment while being fun and inspirational.” Plus, it offers agents the top-notch marketing and technology they need to be successful. “We build the sexiest marketing possible and broadcast all over the Internet: websites, landing pages, squeeze pages, click funnels, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Google.”
She and her husband Joshua, president of the company, expanded operations to include Georgia, Florida and Colorado this year, having previously served agents in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Tennessee. “I look forward to crazy growth in those markets,” she says. “It has been exciting to bring our model to new states.”
Lifstyl Real Estate has made the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest Growing Companies in America and the Real Trends 500 Up and Comers list. Additionally, Lybolt has been named a Top 1% Producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors’ Gold sales award for units sold.
A good listener, Lybolt is able to discover what clients absolutely want and need and, in turn, deliver on those must-have items that are crucial to a successful transaction. She has been working on a child development program and is very excited about introducing it to the world. A mom of two young boys, Xavier and Elijah, she has been blessed with the time her business affords her, to watch them grow and influence them to become the best they can be. They are at a fun stage in life, she says.
