Lombard-based Illinois Real Estate Partners has affiliated with ERA Real Estate.

The 19-year-old brokerage, which was founded by current owner and designated managing broker Frank Scibior, will now do business as ERA Partners. Besides the Lombard headquarters, the 140-agent firm also has an office in the Equitable Building in Chicago.

Scibior intends to grow his office production by 25% over the next year following his firm’s affiliation with ERA, which is a subsidiary of Compass International Holdings, according to an announcement.

“Almost 20 years ago, we noticed the need for a company that could do more than just help someone complete a transaction,” Scibior said. “We wanted to be an all-in-one resource, driven by respect, industry knowledge and a willingness to accommodate the client, instead of the other way around. Now as an ERA affiliate, our agents and clients alike can benefit from previously untapped offerings, which can give us even more time to focus on building more meaningful relationships in our community.”

Scibior, who has a background in computer programming, was an early adopter of new industry trends and technology. He looks forward to taking advantage of ERA’s technology suite, which includes lead-generation tools like TextERA, Canva Enterprise accounts and the MoxiWorks marketing platform, ERA said.

Frank has struck an impressive balance between emphasizing innovation without losing sight of tried and true, human-oriented practices,” ERA President Alex Vidal said. “His early adoption of technology and ability to stay ahead in one of the nation’s largest metropolitan areas set his firm apart, but what truly distinguishes ERA Partners is its continued commitment to a personalized client experience.”
