RE/MAX Premier has acquired Villager Realty, bringing 20 agents to its Lake Forest office. 

Villager Realty has served clients across Chicago’s North Shore and northwestern suburbs for more than four decades. The team of agents speaks more than 20 languages and specializes in residential, commercial, luxury, senior care and relocation real estate. 

In September 2025, RE/MAX Premier acquired and rebranded five North Shore Compass offices.
