RE/MAX Premier is expanding into the North Shore with the acquisition and rebranding of Compass offices in Glencoe, Glenview, Highland Park, Lake Forest and Winnetka.
These five offices will operate under RE/MAX’s luxury division, The RE/MAX Collection. The rebranding will proceed through Oct. 13. RE/MAX Premier will hold an official announcement event at the Northmoor Country Club in Highland Park later this week.
“RE/MAX is more than a brand — it’s a platform built for productivity, innovation and agent empowerment,” RE/MAX Premier Founder and CEO Janice Corley said in an announcement. “We’re excited to expand that value to the North Shore, where clients and agents alike deserve access to the most trusted name in real estate, cutting-edge technology and marketing tools that truly move the needle.”
The Compass deal is the latest in a series of expansions RE/MAX Premier has undertaken in recent years. In March, it announced the acquisition of RE/MAX Properties offices in Burr Ridge and Western Springs. With the Compass locations, RE/MAX Premier’s footprint will cover 10 offices in Chicagoland and Houston.
“Unlike many real estate companies today that are owned by venture capital or hedge funds with no local presence, RE/MAX was founded to empower entrepreneurial agents — giving them the freedom to run their business as they see fit, with the support of a brokerage owner who is truly invested in their success,” Corley said.
