Gina Lepore and Paolo Ancona have formed the Luxe Signature Group at Coldwell Banker – St. Charles. 

Lepore and Ancona have been in real estate since 2018 and are both Relocation Specialists and Global Luxury Real Estate Specialists. Last year, the team, which is licensed in Illinois, Wisconsin and Florida, closed $30 million in sales over 75 transactions. Ancona is the No. 1 Realtor in Coldwell Banker’s St. Charles office, and Lepore is the No. 2. 

They have consistently ranked as Coldwell Banker’s top Duo Team in Chicago’s western suburbs and finished 2025 ranked No. 3 overall within Coldwell Banker Realty Illinois. Real Trends has named Ancona a top producing agent and named Lepore a top agent in Kane County for single-family homes. 

Before joining Coldwell Banker in 2022, Lepore served as accounting and operations manager at The Cara Group in Oak Brook and worked as a licensed real estate agent with Executive Realty Group in Bloomingdale. Before joining Coldwell Banker in 2020,  Ancona was an agent with HomeSmart.
