by John Yellig

CENTURY 21 Circle hired Chicagoland real estate veteran Chris Stephens as its new vice president of agent development and coaching.

Stephens most recently served as director of agent engagement and productivity at Baird & Warner. He’s also worked as vice president of strategic growth at Dream Town Real Estate and as designated managing broker of Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty.

“Chris is a true leader in every sense of the word,” CENTURY 21 Circle CEO Melissa Archer-Wirtz said in a press release. “His track record of excellence, passion for developing others and deep market expertise make him an invaluable addition to our executive team as we continue to invest in agent growth and leadership development.”

In his new role, Stephens will design and implement CENTURY 21 Circle’s Agent Accountability Group program and advanced production coaching platform. He will focus on developing high-performing agents and driving production growth across all of the brokerage’s regions.

“What drew me to CENTURY 21 Circle was the company’s clear vision and commitment to empowering agents,” Stephens said. “This role is about helping professionals turn knowledge into execution and execution into results. I’m excited to help lead that charge and be part of the company’s continued evolution.”
