Will Madden entered the mortgage industry in November 2020, learning directly under a top 1% loan officer whose mentorship taught him the importance of proactive communication, transparency, speed and knowledge. In 2022, he began bringing in his own business, and by 2023, his production had doubled, which earned him recognition for both the growth of his loan volume and his resilience in a tough market. Today, Madden remains passionate about helping people make confident, informed decisions with what is typically the biggest financial move of their lives.
