Chicago Association of REALTORS® CEO Michelle Mills Clement has over 20 years of association and nonprofit management experience. She currently serves as chair of the Board for Association Forum — the “association of associations” — and is a fellow of the American Society of Association Executives. Under her leadership, CAR publicly apologized for its role in promoting segregation in Chicago’s housing market. She also led the launch of the CAR 360° Summit, the association’s first diversity, equity and inclusion conference.
