Inventory is beginning to tick up, suggesting a potential shift in the market that could bring some relief to buyers. Nationally, housing supply is slowly edging closer to pre-pandemic levels, hinting at a gradual move toward balance. While it’s way too early to call it a full rebound, this moment presents an opportunity for agents to fine-tune pricing strategies, recalibrate buyer expectations and stay closely attuned to market data.
