Dior Real Estate Group in South Chicago has affiliated with Century 21 Real Estate and will now do business as CENTURY 21 IMPACT. 

Broker/Owner Tuwanna Dennis established the multi-office brokerage in 2014, shortly after gaining her broker’s license. She entered real estate in 2002 as a mortgage processor before becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2011.   

CENTURY 21 IMPACT serves homeowners and investors throughout Chicago, its suburbs and Northwest Indiana.  

Dennis intends to use the new Century 21 affiliation to recruit agents, and she plans to pursue acquisitions in the next six months to expand her company’s reach in Chicago’s southern suburbs.
