Heather Gustafson is launching Franklin Rose Real Estate Advisory, a consultancy for real estate developers.
Most recently, Gustafson served as managing director at Compass Development Marketing Group (CDMG), successfully launched CDMG in both the Chicago and Nashville and markets. She was with Compass for nearly seven years. Before that, Gustafson served as vice president for CMK Development.
Her newest venture, Franklin Rose Real Estate Advisory, aims to help developers build high-impact projects by guiding planning as well as marketing execution and sales processes. Its first advisory role is with CA South Development in Nashville, where Gustafson will work alongside CEO Meg Epstein. The pair has already collaborated on four Nashville residential developments.
“Real estate developers face an increasingly complex landscape, and success requires a seamless integration of development vision, marketing precision, and sales execution,” Gustafson said in a press release. “With [Franklin Rose Real Estate Advisory], I’m excited to provide developers with the strategic insight and operational expertise needed to streamline processes, accelerate sales and drive long-term value.”
