Tami Wollensak, a Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP), has moved to New American Funding (NAF) where she takes on the role of vice president specialist of divorce lending.
Previously, she was with Wintrust Mortgage.

A licensed mortgage loan originator and a 28-plus year veteran of the industry, Wollensak is one of about 750 CDLPs working in the United States. This specialization allows her to identify potential, mortgage-related gaps in divorce agreements. To do so, Wollensak collaborates with not only clients but also clients’ divorce attorneys and financial advisors to help find a lending arrangement that works in a divorce.

Wollensak has discussed her unique work on multiple podcasts and contributes regularly to media outlets about divorce mortgage planning. Recently, she discussed the topic with Chicago Agent.
