The Likus Collective, led by broker Meg Likus, recently joined Dream Town Real Estate, the company announced.
The team was previously with COMPASS.
Likus specializes in Libertyville and northwest Lake County real estate. The team closed $27 million in 2023. In addition to Likus, the team includes Bonnie Trainor, Brittany Houghtaling, Jennifer Grieco, Ty Marotz and Juliet Rojas.
The move expands Dream Town’s reach into Lake County. The firm now has more than 400 brokers in six offices across Chicagoland.
