Tony Ugaste has strong roots in the Chicago suburbs. He was born and raised in Vernon Hills, with family spread throughout Lake and McHenry Counties, and he currently lives in Mundelein with family. He believes Chicagoland is the best place to live and knows there is a place here for everyone.

After more than a decade of sales experience in other industries, Ugaste made his way to COMPASS, where he is now part of the Kim Alden Team.
