Anne Monckton, a top-producing agent in Chicago’s western suburbs, has affiliated with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate. Monckton previously was with Baird & Warner, where she was the No. 1 agent at the firm’s La Grange office.

Two other members of her team there, John Vinicky and Gary Rotkin, are also making the move to @properties Christie’s International Real Estate. They all will be based out of the firm’s Western Springs office.

Altogether, Monckton has over 15 years of real estate experience and has closed more than $18 million in sales volume over the last year alone. Her listings sell for an average of 100.5% of their list price, with an average market time of 15 days.

Monckton is also a longtime resident of La Grange and, in a press release, Tricia Riberto, vice president of brokerage services for @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, noted how well she knows the area. “Anne’s deep connections to the community, local expertise and commitment to premier service are perfectly aligned with [our] brand,” Riberto said in a press release. “We’re excited to help her continue to grow her business.”

Monckton also expressed her excitement. “@properties Christie’s International Real Estate has emerged as the leading real estate company in the western suburbs, and I’m thrilled to join the firm,” Monckton said.
