The Residences of Geneva Lake, a new luxury townhome development, has been approved for construction just steps from Geneva Lake in Fontana, Wisconsin, on Fontana’s last major undeveloped site.
Slated for completion in late 2024 through the spring of 2025, the development will include 17 townhomes and two commercial units. Each townhome will be built by Lowell Custom Homes and range from 2,121 to 2,891 square feet, including two to three bedrooms, a den, an attached two-car garage and optional elevators.
The homes are now available for pre-sale. Prices start at about $1.3 million.
“The Residences of Geneva Lake development is intended to serve the needs expressed by many of our former and existing customers who seek our branded luxury coupled with a low maintenance, turn-key residence within walking distance of the lake and many of Fontana’s upscale amenities,” Lowell Custom Homes President Scott Lowell said in a press release. “The development will provide a unique opportunity for those seeking a seasonal or permanent lake home.”
Two grand opening presentations will take place on Oct. 14 and Oct. 21 at the nearby Abbey Resort.
The attention to detail and high-end finishes in these townhomes are unparalleled, making them an irresistible choice for those looking for the epitome of luxury living.
