Top producer Matthew Neistat has returned to @properties Christie’s International Real Estate where he will work out of the firm’s East Lincoln Park office.

Neistat originally joined @properties in 2014 and, most recently, was with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty.

Currently, Neistat ranks among the Chicago Association of REALTORS®’ top 10% of producers, having sold more than $110 million worth of real estate throughout his career. He also has an average sales time of five days, with a 110% sale-to-list-price percentage.
