Broker Brett Boudart has joined the Lincoln Park Clybourn office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago (BHHS Chicago). Previously with Redfin, Boudart sold more than $16 million worth of residential real estate in 2022.

Boudart is a lifelong Chicagoan and focuses on buyers throughout the area, as well as in Wisconsin. Proficient in both markets, he helps clients with all property typse: condos, townhomes, single family homes, vacation home and investment properties.

“My decision [to affiliate with BHHS Chicago] boiled down to their marketing exposure, in-office marketing support and recognition in the marketplace as a trustworthy company,” Boudart said in a press release.

BHHS Chicago Vice President Darlene Little also expressed her excitement. “We are thrilled to have Brett join our office! He has such a strong reputation for demonstrating the highest levels of integrity in all his business interactions,” Little said. “Combined with his incredible bank of market knowledge, I know he will be a wonderful addition to our office.”
