Growth brings rebranding for CENTURY 21 Circle

by Timothy Inklebarger

Twelve years of “explosive growth” for CENTURY 21 Affiliated has led the real estate franchise to rebrand as CENTURY 21 Circle, according to a press release from the company.

The brokerage, which operates in Illinois, Indiana and Florida, also launched the website www.C21Circle.com as part of the rebranding. Circle agents sold more than $2.3 billion in 2022. The brokerage has grown to 48 offices and 1,325 agents since 2011.

“We are excited to enter our next chapter and deliver on our word to provide agents and consumers the best experience possible,” Tom Bretz, CEO of CENTURY 21 Circle, said in the press release. “We are excited to unveil our new name, CENTURY 21 Circle, which better reflects our suite of companies that provide a wide range of enhanced services for our agents and a better full-circle user experience for our customers.”

The franchise is owned by Elmdale Partners, which also owns Acuity Title and Skylight Insurance. Bretz noted that the ownership of the franchise remains the same. “Even with these new tools in place, our leadership team, staff and offices will continue to remain the same and deliver the same consistent standard of exemplary service,” he said.
