@properties held its annual EXPO in-person for the first time in two years on Nov. 16. A record 1,600 agents attended the event at the Marriott Marquis Chicago, which formally recognized the company’s recent acquisition of Christie’s International Real Estate. The theme was “Think Big.”

Catering to this theme, the event featured training seminars and presentations with speakers like coach Chris M. King, motivational speaker Dr. Rick Rigsby and marketing coach Gisele Ugarte, who was named one of TikTok’s Top 100 Women to Watch. Platon, the award-winning photographer and activist closed out the day with a keynote speech: “The Power of Unity: Rekindling the Spirit of Optimism.”

“Our hope is that attendees walked away with new tools, new ideas and most of all, inspiration to make 2023 an amazing year,” Mike Golden, the company’s co-CEO and co-founder, said in a press release. “We are thrilled that we could bring so many people together to learn and collaborate in person after two years of doing this virtually.”
