Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago’s David Bracy and Alan Zuber, who serve as managing brokers at the firm’s Michigan Avenue and Andersonville offices, will also assume responsibility for the BHHS Bucktown location, according to a press release from the brokerage. 

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago President Mark Pasquesi described the duo as “industry veterans with their hands on the pulse of the Chicago real estate market.”

“And our Bucktown presence represents an important market for us,” Pasquesi added. “Under their management, I’m confident that our Bucktown agents will expand their personal businesses and help clients move confidently as never before.”

The Bucktown office, located at 1644 N. Damen Ave., is one of 24 Berkshire Hathaway locations in the Chicago area.
