Keller Williams ONEChicago promotes three to leadership roles

Keller Williams OneChicago has filled of three leadership roles through internal Keller Williams promotions, the company announced in a press release. La’Dweena Smith, Joe Zimmerman and Jeannie Krichbaum have been named team leader, operating principal and market center administrator, respectively.

Rising from to the position of team leader from assistant team leader, Smith will be responsible for recruiting and consulting with agents, aiming to increase Keller Williams’ Chicagoland market share. “We are looking forward to growing — in size, capability, scope, and diversity,” Smith said in the press release.

As the new operating principal, Zimmerman, a former team leader, succeeds Josh Weinberg. Williams will remain part of Keller Williams, co-leading its largest team alongside with Tommy Choi. Zimmerman, meanwhile, will focus on delivering on the brand mission: “To build careers worth having, businesses worth owning, lives worth living, experiences worth giving, and legacies worth leaving,” as he described it in the press release. Zimmerman added, “Now is most exciting to be part of Keller Williams.”

Jeannie Krichbaum also joins the ONEChicago administrative leadership team as its market center administrator. In that role, she will oversee financial matters while offering the team leader direct support. Prior to this role, Jeannie worked at Keller Williams for six years. “After we attract agents, we want to make sure we give them the tools they need to succeed,” Krichbaum said, reflecting on her expanded duties. “Our role as leaders is to ensure each person who works here is able to make the best use of Keller Williams’ benefits to maximize their profits and potential.”
