The top-producing HL2R Group is returning to Baird & Warner after spending three years with Compass. The team will be based out of Baird & Warner’s Highland Park office, where they will continue specializing in both the downtown city and the northern suburban markets.

The HL2R Group includes team leads Ben Lissner and Michael Hoover along with agents Tim Ratty, Mike Barajas and Nikki Ingram. They ended 2021 with roughly $52.7 million in sales.
