Industry veteran Jay Rose has joined Compass Indiana as the new broker of record. In the role, his responsibilities will include guiding agents and strategizing local development for the young, growing brokerage. Compass Indiana launched in June 2021, with offices in Carmel and Indianapolis, and currently counts 14 teams.

Prior to becoming broker of record at Compass, Rose was a supervising broker at Keller Williams Indy Metro North. Beyond that, his experience in real estate stretches back 30 years; Rose has also worked as an agent, producing broker and managing broker. Additionally, he founded the Indiana Business and Real Estate Academy in 2017, which educates almost 1,000 students per year. Rose still serves there as the director of education.
