In her role as vice president of agent development for Coldwell Banker Realty’s City Central Region, Rachel Scheid provides unmatched marketing support, meaningful coaching and personalized attention for affiliated agents. Through her infectious energy, impressive social media prowess and industry savvy, Scheid serves as a natural leader and motivating figure. She also possesses the ability to find and articulate each agent’s unique value proposition and has built a strength-based company culture around this strategy.

In addition to her day job, Scheid is active in the broader real estate community. She dedicates her time to the Chicago Association of Realtors as a director for the group’s board of directors and is also chair of both the association’s charitable foundation and its political action committee. Scheid served as president of the Chicagoland Habitat for Humanity’s Young Professionals board for three years and is currently chair of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage CARES Foundation — an initiative that brings much-needed aid to housing-related charities across Chicagoland. In the past year, she organized community efforts to provide food and supplies to Chicago’s Garfield Park Community Worship Center.
