Renovo Financial has promoted Brandon Moulton to serve as the managing director of lending for the company’s Chicago office, according to a press release.

“I’m incredibly pleased to recognize Brandon as a true leader among our outstanding lending teams and to announce his promotion to Managing Director,” Daniel Rosen, co-founder and chief lending officer of Renovo Financial, said in the press release. “Brandon’s drive to make sure both his team and clients are successful has resulted in the team’s significant growth over the past six years. He’s an asset to Renovo, and an inspiration to his colleagues across the country.”

Moulton started as a loan officer at Renovo six years ago, rising up through the ranks to also serve as senior lender and most recently senior vice president of lending. 

“I’ve always considered Renovo Financial to be one of the most innovative residential lending companies in the industry, and it continues to transform at every turn,” Moulton stated in the release.

Renovo, which celebrates its 10-year anniversary this summer, projects that it will surpass $1 billion in loans some time in the second quarter of 2021.
