Cara Hults has joined Keller Williams ONEChicago as chief financial officer and chief operations officer, according to a press release from the company.

Hults will oversee accounting over the company’s Lakeview, Lincoln Park and O’Hare offices and will work with Keller Williams ONEChicago’s Agent Services and Productivity departments, as well as the company’s client experience coordinators. 

“Cara has an impressive track record in finance and operations and has shown a genuine eagerness to contribute to the Keller Williams mission,” Joe Zimmerman, chief growth officer, said in the press release. “As ONEChicago continues to grow, our team and customers are going to benefit from her forward-thinking approach to process improvement, financial analytics, and technology.”

Hults, who has worked in finance for more than 20 years, said the company is a leader in technology, diversity, training and customer experience, adding that she plans to “build on the wonderful tools that are already in place and deepen our support for agents and customers.”
